Passion for a day at Sia

On Sunday my family and I drove to the St. Anthony Monastery on the River Sia. This is the place where my mother and aunt spent their childhood summers. As a tradition women should wear skirts and scarves around their heads, so I sort of transformed the look during the visit to the monastery. Afterwards we went to the river where we had a picnic for the rest of the day. My cousin took me for a ride in the boat where we picked water lilies. I believe that the photos speak for themselves. Until next time, keep exploring. xoxo ES

  2. I like the flowers that you're holding. For some reason these photos remind me a lot of my Golden Ring trip many years ago... Enjoy your time (I can tell that you already do) ;)
